At Experience Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your collection. If your record is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the vinyl in its original specialized mailer to prevent warping or corner dings during transit, ensuring all inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the record for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement copy.
